Top! I placed an order on December 24, unfortunately a stock error on the site blocked my order. However, in just one email (after 10 days without anything) my problem was resolved and I received my new order in 48 hours. An exchange was offered to me, and I was given the difference in cost with the initial product (4 or 5 euros but the commercial gestures and the speed of handling my problem after I expressed it make me want to order again with great pleasure!).
