Careful shipping but does not respect the comments left at the time of order regarding delivery

Serious site, a lot of choice and products, good advice, very fast shipping but poorly packaged product, some arrow tips were damaged during transport (they were sticking out a bit from the box). It would have been wiser and better to put them in a cardboard package, rather than in a simple plastic envelope..

First class rod, handle a bit too thick but nice quality and effective. However, slow delivery, the delivery person leaves the packages at the post office (?) so longer delay, why pay for a colissimo (?) Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr /jp

The delivery times are simply too long.

A bit complicated to retrieve my package a week after the automatic delivery notice without checking presence, a simple colissimo would have been more effective but we don't really have a choice, it's not very democratic

Package received quickly, it's perfect. Only downside, there is absolutely no explanatory notice!... Assembly and use are not intuitive 🙁 It's a shame, because the item itself is perfect.

Package received on time.. personally I thought that the Archery would have been more flexible but it's impossible to install the string without having a bit of elasticity "I'm coming up too short"

The bow is of good quality for the price but the arrows are of very poor quality... out of the 6 provided, 5 broke after an afternoon of use... and the last one broke a few days later...

Happy with the products purchased from hattila I recommend, despite perhaps a slight lack of communication on shipments but satisfied

Fast delivery but not easy to understand the dimensions of the tips' diameters and to know which tubes they fit on

After questioning the sellers about the contents of a pack, an incorrect answer was given to me by hattila.com who acknowledged their mistake and gave me a significant credit on the missing item from the purchased pack. They respond to emails within the day and they are merchants. I recommend this site

I would have liked to buy a pack, but I was only informed that they had the crossbow in stock, while I would have also bought the arrows and the stock.

Regarding the website hattila.com, no problem with them, a bit of delay in shipping but that's normal, it was a product that was a victim of its success, I don't hold that against them, I don't give 5 stars regarding the delivery service, my package was opened by the delivery person, impossible to file a dispute either with hattila or with DPD, fortunately no item was missing. But that is becoming a bit too common.

I am relatively satisfied with my order, however, I am missing 2 screws to fix the string dampers.

I am very happy with the product I ordered, however, I had to travel more than 100 km to pick it up because the relay point was not working with DPD.

Beautiful slingshot, 50 shooting balls, unfortunately I have a crack on one of the eyelets. I don't know if it was at reception or otherwise, but there was no fall. Otherwise, delivery and deadlines are okay.

Positive: Good product, fast delivery, discount voucher for the next order. Negative: not suitable for small sizes, no guide in French for assembly.

I ordered a target for a powerful crossbow. Made in the USA, I waited several months for the merchant, Hattila, to be restocked. I am disappointed because the characteristics of this target are exaggerated. False advertising??? This target was supposed to stop arrows flying at 490 km/h. My crossbow propels arrows at 460 km/h. If the impact occurs at the center, the arrow sinks to the feathers (shooting distance 80 m) so it's compliant; but if the arrow deviates from the center by about fifteen centimeters, it penetrates completely including the feathers. Consequence: the feathers are torn off. The arrow is well stopped but becomes immediately unusable. I think Hattila is not to blame, but the American manufacturer should review its manufacturing and communication.

Hatila sells reliable and solid products in accordance with the site. I have made numerous orders and am always satisfied. One thing to note so far, after a large order, there was a discount voucher for the next purchase, but not anymore, too bad...

Very long delivery time...

Delivery very delayed without any info, too bad... The ordered product being a chosen gift, I waited patiently but I am a bit disappointed by the lack of communication.

The order was delivered quickly, well packaged and allowed me to revive a Barnett crossbow over 35 years old. Hasta la vista!!

I am satisfied with the quality of the ordered products. However, when confirming the order, I specified a delivery address different from the billing address, but I received it at my home. Finally, I appreciated the various explanatory videos on the use of the material which are clear and concise, making it pleasant. Good continuation.

For my part, I will no longer make purchases on this site. Delay of 4 months to be delivered and no customer service. No phone line.

The material is compliant with the order, shipping ok there is just a communication problem regarding the orders because I did not receive an order confirmation notice nor a shipping notice for my package and even less tracking which is done in many stores.
