Package received quickly, it's perfect. Only downside, there is absolutely no explanatory notice!... Assembly and use are not intuitive 🙁 It's a shame, because the item itself is perfect.

Package received on time.. personally I thought that the Archery would have been more flexible but it's impossible to install the string without having a bit of elasticity "I'm coming up too short"

The bow is of good quality for the price but the arrows are of very poor quality... out of the 6 provided, 5 broke after an afternoon of use... and the last one broke a few days later...

Happy with the products purchased from hattila I recommend, despite perhaps a slight lack of communication on shipments but satisfied

After questioning the sellers about the contents of a pack, an incorrect answer was given to me by hattila.com who acknowledged their mistake and gave me a significant credit on the missing item from the purchased pack. I would have liked to buy a pack, but I was only informed that they had the crossbow in stock, while I would have also bought the arrows and the stock.

Regarding the website hattila.com, no problem with them, a bit of delay in shipping but that's normal, it was a product that was a victim of its success, I don't hold that against them, I don't give 5 stars regarding the delivery service, my package was opened by the delivery person, impossible to file a dispute either with hattila or with DPD, fortunately no item was missing. But that is becoming a bit too common.

I am relatively satisfied with my order, however, I am missing 2 screws to fix the string dampers.

Beautiful slingshot, 50 shooting balls, unfortunately I have a crack on one of the eyelets. I don't know if it was at reception or otherwise, but there was no fall. Otherwise, delivery and deadlines are okay.

I ordered a target for a powerful crossbow. Made in the USA, I waited several months for the merchant, Hattila, to be restocked. I am disappointed because the characteristics of this target are exaggerated. False advertising??? This target was supposed to stop arrows flying at 490 km/h. My crossbow propels arrows at 460 km/h. If the impact occurs at the center, the arrow sinks to the feathers (shooting distance 80 m) so it's compliant; but if the arrow deviates from the center by about fifteen centimeters, it penetrates completely including the feathers. Consequence: the feathers are torn off. The arrow is well stopped but becomes immediately unusable. I think Hattila is not to blame, but the American manufacturer should review its manufacturing and communication.

Hatila sells reliable and solid products in accordance with the site. I have made numerous orders and am always satisfied. One thing to note so far, after a large order, there was a discount voucher for the next purchase, but not anymore, too bad...

Delivery very delayed without any info, too bad... The ordered product being a chosen gift, I waited patiently but I am a bit disappointed by the lack of communication.

The order was delivered quickly, well packaged and allowed me to revive a Barnett crossbow over 35 years old. Hasta la vista!!

I am satisfied with the quality of the ordered products. However, when confirming the order, I specified a delivery address different from the billing address, but I received it at my home. Finally, I appreciated the various explanatory videos on the use of the material which are clear and concise, making it pleasant. Good continuation.
