Simple to use site and richly illustrated (demonstration videos).
Correct prices and fast delivery. Unfortunately, poor description of some items: red dot ek archery normally delivered with included flat battery, which is not the case in reality. Customer service was notified but no response to this issue 10 days later and the ad description still not modified.
2 weeks to receive my package otherwise good site with choice
The site is not very precise about what is available or not.
I believe you are not talking about Hattila.com... we have implemented an indication of stock in the product list, on the product sheet and in the cart... which indicates in real time whether the product is in stock, awaiting restocking (delay) or if we have an arrival date. I don't see how you can find that we are not precise about what is in stock or not... Otherwise, how can we be clearer? I am at your disposal.

The Cobra crossbow is really great, it's a magnificent tool, however the crossbow bolts are of poor quality. Half of the screw tips receiving the bolt have come off the shaft. I find that disappointing for equipment at that price.
No manual in French despite the regulations. Damaged packaging.

For the packaging I am sincerely sorry if it was damaged, do you think it comes from Mondial Relay or was the box of the crossbow itself damaged?

The quality of your arrows is mediocre so I don't know if the crossbow is that precise or not, as soon as the bolt is a little damaged (slightly bent or feathers a bit damaged) it totally spirals and can shoot 40cm off center
