I believe you are not talking about Hattila.com... we have implemented an indication of stock in the product list, on the product sheet and in the cart... which indicates in real time whether the product is in stock, awaiting restocking (delay) or if we have an arrival date. I don't see how you can find that we are not precise about what is in stock or not... Otherwise, how can we be clearer? I am at your disposal.

The Cobra crossbow is really great, it's a magnificent tool, however the crossbow bolts are of poor quality. Half of the screw tips receiving the bolt have come off the shaft. I find that disappointing for equipment at that price.

For the packaging I am sincerely sorry if it was damaged, do you think it comes from Mondial Relay or was the box of the crossbow itself damaged?

Hello, what type of target do you shoot to damage the arrows like that? Ideally, you should use a special crossbow target (in the case of a mini crossbow like this you can use an archery target), but it is strongly discouraged to shoot at hard targets like wood (otherwise you will bend the arrows), or on the contrary too soft like cardboard that the arrow will pass through (and thus damage the vanes).

Hello, Certainly not, we ship packages every business day of the year. If you had contacted us by email during the order, I would have shown you that one of the two ordered products was not in stock, hence the waiting time. With us, it's very simple: if the product is in stock then displayed in stock and shipped within 24H, if the product is not in stock then displayed a delay of 2-3 weeks and we wait for restocking. It is absolutely impossible that you waited a month for a product in stock, either the crossbow or the arrows were being restocked but you did not see it (despite the delays indicated in the product sheet and the cart). Thank you.
