Ah really too bad that the packaging wasn't better done. Whether it's arrows or crossbow bolts, the feathers get damaged quickly during transport... really a shame for such a small detail that doesn't require much to be perfect but has such large repercussions.
The service and communication from Hatilla were top-notch. I would definitely recommend them. It would be even easier if we were still in the EU!
