Great, I have bought several times and everything is great, the email support is fabulous, the only complaint is that they removed the payment with Alma for residents in Spain.
Everything went well, it took longer than I expected, but overall five stars.

Order and delivery times were as announced. However, I do not wish for you to have to deal with customer service. The red dot sight is defective on the crossbow package, I suggested returning it for a simple exchange but no, there is a certain procedure to follow worse than administrative procedures with the need to provide a video to show that the sight is defective. Anyway, I preferred to buy another one to end an endless exchange with customer service. Too bad otherwise it's 5/5 for everything else and 2/5 because they at least responded. Customer service needs to be reviewed to have humans face customers and not a machine that endlessly repeats an automatic procedure.
Disappointed with my order, the item ordered does not match the item received...
It would be interesting to reduce, if possible, the supply times for certain items. The material is well packaged and our contact was cordial despite my impatience which could have been exasperating....thank you
