I didn't know Hattila.com, and the site is well made. The selection of products seems good and varied. BUT I am quite disappointed that Hattila is not a bit demanding with its suppliers. More specifically, for my first purchase (Pack Arbalète MK-XB21), I had to notice: - an assembly manual only in English: I speak this language, I sometimes work in English (lawyer), but here, it's quite complex technical vocabulary. I understand that Hattila cannot require its suppliers to have manuals in all the languages of the European Union, but French, at least, could be provided... - a HYPER poorly done assembly manual (really)!!! Crucial steps of the assembly are ultra-summarized, accompanied by super dark photos (especially since the crossbow is black...), which are USELESS. It seems that paper costs a lot, and adding a few diagrams and steps to the assembly manual is unaffordable... - that a plastic part is missing (step 1 of the assembly, unless I'm mistaken), to be inserted into the crossbow where the bow is secured to the body of the crossbow (but again, I don't even know what this part looks like, since the manual does not represent it). I searched through the entire package, and this part was not there... I managed without it, but I hope this won't cause a stability problem with the bow when I shoot. It's difficult for Hattila to check the contents of the packages, but thank you for at least passing the information to the manufacturer. The user manual for the red dot is just as incomprehensible... Not everyone is a DIY specialist and crossbow expert! I eventually managed, but it took me hours to figure it out. I think Hattila could, for each product, test the usefulness and quality of the assembly manual (by a non-DIY person, an average consumer), and if it is mediocre and insufficient as in this case, arrange to produce one in French with or without the cooperation of the manufacturer. The crossbow is one of Hattila's specialties, and my first experience is not very pleasant, at least regarding the assembly. All the pleasure of receiving the package disappeared given the headache that the assembly was. I hope that when I shoot, everything will go well.

Hello, why not contact us before posting a negative review if derogatory? Didn't you see that the manual is available on the product page of each crossbow? And in French 😉 For the scope, I see that indeed we did not put a manual on the product page but I could send you one soon if you wish. I have heard your request regarding the manuals and I will immediately contact the manufacturer to provide us with ALL the manuals in English and I will take care of translating them to make them available for all products on the site.

I did not receive everything and when I claimed my due, the person doubted my word and thought I had already received everything. I had to make several follow-ups to finally receive the rest of the material a month later. You do not check your orders and when we complain you suspect fraud on my part. In short, I will not order from you again. Best regards.

Hello, We have had cases of fraud from customers, but we have never disrespected you and we simply checked the weight of the shipped package which indeed reflected an abnormally low weight compared to what it should have been.
