1st order placed on 23/12/2023, arrived on 20/01/2024 due to a stock shortage of an item. I would have preferred to receive my order in 2 shipments, but everything arrived well. 2nd purchase of a specific target and additional tubes as well as 'High Penetration' heads. Moreover, it's not so easy to remove the original heads to replace them with the HP ones. Small suggestion: 'would it be possible to offer tubes directly equipped with HP heads?' 3rd purchase with some consumables and hunting tubes. The assembly of the RX Adder is very simple and quick. Very easy to use, and for a first crossbow, I must admit I am very pleasantly surprised. Don't hesitate to watch the presentation videos. As for its effectiveness, I conducted various penetration tests with classic and HP heads at a distance of 8m on different types of materials and thicknesses, and pfffff it hurts. For price reasons, I haven't tested the hunting tubes yet, at €49.99 for 6 pieces I prefer to save them. I had a small issue with a broken string due to a shooting incident, a tube broke without apparent reason inside the magazine. After contact, ultra-fast replacement of the said string. Very quick response to the email and efficiency of the after-sales service. When the items are in stock, the shipments are extremely fast. In summary: I am delighted with my purchase, with the quality of the different products. Now we just have to see over time and after several months of use if the robustness and quality will still be there. Thank you to the entire HATTILA team for their professionalism
