Delivery times were respected but no message was sent to inform that the package was available. I had to call the store for information about the delivery.

Very good website. Store where I bought my first board when I was a teenager 20 years ago. If it's still there, that's a good sign.
1 star less because the DPD pickup point didn't make much effort to look for my package which was indeed with them. So 2 trips for one package. Otherwise, customer service (Romain) is serious both in shipping and in the problem with DPD.

Good site, with tutorials, good quality equipment and a choice in every product range, a good specialized store in sliding sports, especially surfing, which is becoming increasingly rare in the Paris region.

The product received does not match the product ordered. This is the second time I have a problem with wheels: the first time I received mismatched wheels, a commercial gesture was made, the second time I received completely different wheels from those chosen, which surprises me from Hawaï

You sell and deliver non-compliant products: the bindings I ordered are a limited series delivered in a cooler: you sent them to me without the cooler and especially without warning: I will have to go to the Post Office to resend them to you! I have about twenty boards and just as many bindings mostly Union and limited series... your delivery is worthless: a limited series is a set!!! And when I point this out, I am basically told that if I am not happy, I can resend them and then I have to ask how I will be reimbursed for the shipping costs!!!! I have already ordered from your site: I paid for a pair of boots twice the price due to a connection problem and when I reported it, it was such a mess that I abandoned the idea of reimbursement... however, I must recognize a linear aspect: your accounting department is like your shipping department and your sales department....

It's a shame to have to pay Chronopost fees when you already have orders over €200. Other than that, very good shop, fast delivery, wide choice of skates (except for people who wear size 39 like me).

I would have liked to have more details on the dimensions of the snowboards, particularly the width at the waist depending on the size of the snowboard as well as the radius.
