Meets my expectations

Simple order and very fast delivery. I need to return the product due to size, I can't give my opinion yet regarding the return.

Good transaction overall but the delivery 'the next day before 1 PM' was not respected despite the payment of the additional €20. And despite the announcement of a refund, I am still waiting 15 days later.

Products arrived in good condition despite the ridiculous box!

I couldn't receive my order because there was no stock and on the ad I could order.. not very professional.

Good quality products and Juliette (customer service) is very good advice! Understanding and accommodating team. Only problem: the board is delivered in its cover (ordered with) without bubble wrap or special protection for the nose/tail as indicated on the site and confirmed over the phone… The board arrived safe and sound but could have suffered damage during transit and the note would not have been the same…

Very good service. The delivery during the holidays was a bit complicated but Hawaiisurf did a very good follow-up.

Compliant products and packaging OK.
But disappointed by the optional J+1 shipping before 1 PM: order confirmed on Thursday 13/02 at 4 PM and delivery on Monday 17/02. I think the carrier did not deliver on Saturday but it would have been better to indicate that.

Order of two items, one product never delivered but paid for... ticket opened with support but no response (a classic) so good luck to future buyers on the site you know what to expect :) For me it's the last time! Others do much better in the French market

Product in very poor condition, board yellowed as if it had been stored for 20 years...
Does not correspond at all to the packshot photo of the product sheet. I will request a refund.

Despite a slightly long delay (indicated on the site at the time of order) I do not regret going through Hawaiisurf. On the phone, they were able to quickly indicate where my order was in a very commercial way! It's pleasant.

Order placed on 12/08 for delivery scheduled on 14 for a birthday on the 17. Ultimately the stocks are not good so order modification on the 14 and receipt of the product on 23/08 in an old recovery box all rotten half open and the t-shirt inside not even wrapped and wrinkled like in a basket of dirty laundry... top!

Your packaging was too fragile, I had the carrier who came back to see me to sign a paper stating that he was not responsible for the damages and yes I think the packaging was not serious since the weight of the boards was just protected from contact with the ground with a piece of cardboard 5mm thick? Clearly, there was a lack of polystyrene at the edges of the cardboard or bubbles to protect the wooden boards, I have one that got damaged. So my recommendation is either to inform the parcel service that it is very fragile because it is just thin and fragile wood after all, so the slightest shock with asphalt can be dramatic or reinforce your packaging at the edges for this kind of product. Like the polystyrene that surrounds televisions for example because the slightest shock during transport exploded the wood, it was obvious that this would happen but it's okay I use it for decoration so I don't care but it will never go in the water, the water will seep into the crack. So 4/5 for the packaging otherwise 5/5 for the products in photos.

Very happy with the product. Very interesting price.
That said, avoid taking DPD as a delivery provider. Package not delivered to the requested relay point, the location had to be changed without my consent at least three times. Fortunately, I am in a large area with multiple relay points.
Aside from that, I highly recommend your site.

I did not receive the right product, and I am not receiving any response for a possible return from you. Very disappointing.

Package well protected

Great site. The back and forth on the pages brings you back to the top of the page and not to the place in the list where we stopped.

Package still not shipped after almost 1 month. The terrible customer service is unable to provide the carrier's tracking number.
