Good but I had to pay for the return of a package that didn't fit and I didn't find that great. Moreover, on the new skates I received after the exchange, there was a manufacturing defect that I had to fix myself to avoid paying 16€ for a return package.

Hello miss,
It seems that you ordered the wrong size since the next day you ordered the same product but in a larger size. If you make a mistake in size, it is normal for the return to be at your expense as we do not have agreements with carriers for free returns.
The first order benefited from free shipping because the minimum amount for this offer was reached, however the second order was not high enough so you had to pay the shipping costs.
You can contact us before placing an order to ask for advice and check that the size you ordered will fit you to avoid making a return and incurring extra costs. The store team is at your disposal by phone, email, and mail.

Order without problems. The product is compliant with the description. But where it hurts is that I was delivered in 15 days because the delivery company was blocking the product due to a dispute with Hawaii Surf. Unacceptable knowing the number of phone calls and emails I had to make to unblock the package!
