I have ordered several times on the site, usually it's clean but this time I am very disappointed with the quality of the packaging. The box was just made for the size of a board (and it contained a board + a grip + 2 independent hollow trucks) so the grip was severely bent on the edges under the board, so once out of the box it is unusable, straight to the trash, the trucks pressed against the board left nice marks on the front of the board, very disappointed this time, not sure to order from you again.

Nothing went well but knowing the brand since I was a child and given that I got nice stickers I remain kind... but nothing went well, due to a stock error I spent 3 weeks resolving the issue with them before receiving everything I ordered... but the customer service, although very slow and not reactive (weak), accompanied me without causing me harm.
