Torn packaging and grossly taped, for a Christmas gift it's very average. Response to the email regarding the delivery location received once the package was delivered... Not very useful then. Nevertheless, fast and compliant delivery.

the card payment page did not work for several days, the Hawaiisurf team or their IT provider had difficulties resolving the problem which was unstable. My purchase was therefore delayed by a week, I did not receive any commercial gesture, especially since the item saw its price drop the day after my order. The carrier (DPD) never informed me of the delivery of the product to the relay point, the tracking number was unknown.

Order delivered very quickly but to a different parcel relay than the one requested, even though the chosen relay was available, I had to go to the other parcel relay because after contacting the carrier, they told me that the error came from Hawai surf. Otherwise, very good experience with their site and delivery (2nd time in less than 6 months)

Hello, Indeed the initially chosen relay 'RETOUCHERIE STYLE' unfortunately no longer worked with DPD and had to be saved following your first purchase. In this case, we had to get closer to the nearest relay during shipping. I have no doubt that DPD must have rejected the 'error' rather than simply explaining the situation. Hello, As indicated on our site about a week before your order on August 12, we were closed from August 12 to 15 inclusive, orders placed in the meantime were taken into account for departure from August 16 with delivery within 48 working hours. Your order was indeed sent on Thursday the 16th for delivery to the parcel relay the following Monday. We were therefore completely within the announced deadlines. I received an email about the arrival of my package, and it arrived in perfect condition. However, the delivery times were absolutely not respected. I was supposed to receive it on Wednesday, August 15 or Thursday, August 16, but I only received it yesterday, Monday, August 20. The delay doubled and I don't find that normal.

Hello, As indicated (on the site, Facebook, and social networks) when placing the order, we were closed from the 11th to the 15th and the orders placed in the meantime were received on August 16 and could only be processed at that time as indicated.
