I give 3 stars for the unreachability of the order tracking service. No response via Messenger and email. Unreachable by phone. Too bad because the package finally arrived on time despite a late shipment. Your carrier DPD is very efficient.

Customer service and equipment choice are top-notch at Hawaisurf. Professional team. I don't give 5 stars because my snowboard, although well packaged, arrived with a 1 cm deep scratch on the nose. Given the price of the board, it's a bit annoying.

The site is very good, but unfortunately I am disappointed with my order: a neoprene wetsuit that arrived without packaging or original label and which, folded in 6, was not packaged well for the protection of the latter... otherwise site and delivery very fast. I still recommend based on my previous purchases. Unfortunately, I will have to return the product because the size does not fit.
