The only bad thing is that I asked a question regarding shipping costs and did not receive an answer.

The order arrived 4 days after ordering it, the carrier did not call me when it arrived at the address and since he was not at home on his own, he left it at a neighbor's house who has not been home for a few days and I was unable to pick up the order. All unfortunate

The products are of very good quality but reviewing the invoice I have seen that you apply a 21% VAT to the shipping costs that already seem to me to exceed 6.90€, I thought that more than 16€ for a bunetera that costs 7.70 in catalog, is to spend on shipping and VAT, I would like that the prices carry the VAT on the page and the catalog.

In my last two orders Bm there have been problems in the distribution, and to solve it the customer service has been very improvable.

The order has taken almost a week to be served. And an order of 500 euros and it is not accompanied by a measly sample of cream.

The site is perfect, the content is ok. But I have made an order of almost 300 € and not a single detail. In these dates I have made similar orders and they arrived with a diary, a box of chocolates from the red box. The cuttings have arrived at Herbitas. Very disappointed the truth
