I love shopping at Herbitas but my last 2 orders were quite delayed, the last one I was waiting more than 10 days ... when it says that delivery is in 2-3 working days ... otherwise and with respect to Herbitas a 10.

Very good attention, personalized and solving all my doubts, apart from good price when you make large orders, the delivery was not so good (the fault of the delivery company) I left the pallet in the street without even helping me to put it in the portal or upload it home. I had to undo it in the street even insisting to the delivery man to help me to get it into the doorway because I was alone and to go up things one by one I had to leave everything in the street .... But except for the delivery service very happy, I will certainly do all my shopping with you, excellent service!

I discovered the website through a colleague, even calling to ask about the fix toe no one told me I could order it online.

The problem I see is that they NEVER give you the invoices by mail, nor do they appear on my profile page. I always have to call and request them by phone.

Very dissatisfied with my experience with them. One of the products of the order that I bought with an interesting discount, they have not sent it to me because " not in stock" (On the web if it appears in stock, but now without discount) In addition the rest of the order arrived late and the masks of terrible quality, the first broken when I took it out of the box.

Response from Herbitas
Good morning, we have received your feedback and we would like to solve it.
First of all, we would like to apologize for the stock out in the days you placed your order.
We have created a special coupon for you, which you can use in your next order, so that you can purchase the product Dermafeet Urea 10, reference 6131, with the same offer you had on December 28th. We hope that our solution can change your mind and keep on trusting Herbitas. Thank you very much.

It took longer than expected and some scissors were not included in the order, but they were available on the web. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
