My order was correct, but they did not give me the promotion that came in the brochure and also did not check the load, since one of the creams I ordered came in the sealed package but it is empty. It is a product that I cannot sell.
The big problem with herbitas is the after-sales service.
It arrived in more than 48h (they promised less and that's why I bought it here) and the podotracks I bought are of very poor quality. It doesn't peel off the carbon paper, and if it does... it stays all marked and you can't see the print. Unusable.
It is slow, lacking a more interactive relationship with previous orders which would greatly facilitate subsequent orders.
It takes longer and longer for the order to arrive and the delivery is made at any time, more than once when I am closed and they have had to leave it somewhere else or come back another day.
I was charged for an item that did not arrive due to lack of stock.

Very bad service with transportation
You have not warned me that there is no stock of some things I have ordered and they have not arrived. I will try to order it in the next order but ideally it should arrive as soon as it is available.
I do not see well that we are not sold boxes of gloves and only under a kit that you have prepared, when in our work it is essential to use new gloves with each patient and you are "specialist distributors" in the health field, therefore you should give us that service.
The only problem is that if they do not have a product available, they should notify you, and not send the order without that product saying that you should order it in the next order. And if it is a product that I need urgently, maybe I have ordered it from you and not from another laboratory because you had it at the beginning and then it turns out that you do not have it.
We have not received the order yet
In a first order I asked them for a tweezers diescción and only delivered me half, for lack of stock (something that the web did not indicate) and I was summoned to ask for them in the next order. when I make the next order, these tweezers are discontinued and offer me other more expensive, ok. I place a new order expressly for the tweezers, my surprise comes when on their website if they have stock but when I receive the order, only one of the three I ordered arrives, summoning me again to order them in the next order. leaving me again with the problem of not being able to serve my customer what he requested. it does not seem serious to me.
