I sent an email with the transfer receipt on the same day I made it, two days later they wrote to me to say they would send me the account number to make the transfer and complete my purchase. I replied that I had already sent them an email with the receipt and then I had to call two days later as I did not receive a response.

In the penultimate order, I received two phenolic foams in poor condition, I complained and they told me they would send them with the next order, nothing has arrived except what I ordered.

On March 11, I placed an order and today, March 24, I still have not received the complete order.
