A long wait, I still haven't received the order. A lot of money for shipping.
The order is OK. It arrived quickly. But I have been requesting the invoice since I received it and I can't get a response from the company.
We are happy with the service, it could perhaps be faster, 24-48 hours, but otherwise very good.
Delay and order not arriving

The after-sales service is quite improvable. No one was interested in calling to check that we had received the equipment correctly, to ask if we had any issues when starting it up, if everything was fine...

Everything is correct. If I had to mention something, for orders over €250 they used to give lollipops, but in my last 2 orders I haven't been lucky. Always on time, that's for sure.
I sent an email with the transfer receipt on the same day I made it, two days later they wrote to me to say they would send me the account number to make the transfer and complete my purchase. I replied that I had already sent them an email with the receipt and then I had to call two days later as I did not receive a response.

We have reviewed your case and indeed, the receipt was received correctly. Since the order was placed on April 1 in the afternoon, it was processed on the 2nd. Our usual shipping time is 2-3 working days, depending on the area. Since April 5 and 6 coincided with the weekend, the delivery was made on April 7.

Fatal, a disappointment from Herbitas since after more than a week I have neither received the package nor the refund nor even an apology. It has hindered my work and my seriousness towards my patients as I have not been able to perform my job. I will never buy from this company again. Disappointing
