You should indicate when a product is out of stock, as when placing the order it appears to be in stock, you charge for it, and upon receiving the order the product is not there. Then you have to follow up with you to get a refund for a product that did not arrive.

Not recommended commerce. After waiting 10 days for my order without news, I decided to call them. In the call, they told me they could not send it to me, and no one had informed me before. I am supposed to get my money back, but the person in charge is on vacation and I won't receive it until after the Three Kings. The communication was terrible, the person who attended me was not pleasant at all. They say that individuals cannot buy, but when it comes to making the payment, there is no problem.
