I have been taking 1 capsule per day for about 1.5 years. Since then I hardly have any cloudy phases as I had them regularly before. My basic mood is mostly positive despite negative external influences. A direct physical effect (take 1 capsule and you feel different) I can not determine. It is rather so that by the daily capsule the "CBD level" is held - if I 1-2 days no capsule take I see again negative effects as before, if I take the capsule every day everything fits.
