I have known CBD for a few years now and it has helped me well in many areas, be it anxiety or moods. Now I take it for my lupus and fibromyalgia and it is actually the only thing that helps with the extreme pain. Also I feel it helps shorten acute flare ups, along with cortisone and resochin of course. I have no side effects, no fatigue (take one in the morning, one in the evening for acute symptoms), don't really notice anything except for the pain reduction. Since I don't like the taste of the oil, I switched to the capsules and am very satisfied. Hopefully, the health insurance sometime takes over CBD.
