We liked the painting, although it is true that the colors change from the photo, but we are satisfied. It is part of a new decoration project after a complete renovation and we were excited about it. We did not like the delivery method, having to wait two days for the delivery without being able to specify at least a time slot. The delivery was rushed, barely able to test the packaging and with the unpleasant surprise that a sticker placed deliberately covered a tear that barely perforated the canvas by miracle. We did not like that experience. We will not repeat.

Dear customer, We sincerely regret that, although the Home Original painting has been to your liking and fits into your new decoration project, the delivery experience did not meet your expectations. We work with SEUR in this case. We understand your frustration with the uncertainty of the delivery and, especially, with the unpleasant surprise of the hidden damage in the packaging. We take note of all your comments with the utmost seriousness. This is not the experience we wish for our customers and we are committed to thoroughly reviewing our logistics processes and the supervision of external transport agencies to prevent situations like this from happening again. Although we are saddened to read that you will not consider repeating, we greatly appreciate your honesty. Your feedback is vital for us, as it allows us to identify and correct errors to continue improving the service we offer to all our customers. Sincerely, The Home Original team

Top product and service. I purchased a 130x100 framed artwork and the experience couldn't have been better: it arrived before the deadline and perfectly packaged. The artwork is very well done as is the framing. I believe the quality-price ratio is unbeatable.
