I have been a customer at Homéose for many years and I have never been disappointed. Their website is very well stocked (although it's a shame that, like many multi-brand stores, you can no longer find the old collections ==> sometimes you have to go directly to the brand's website in that case). The prices are competitive. The delivery times are always respected and fast. There is always a little attention in each package which is very pleasant. And finally, many discounts are offered throughout the year. I am therefore completely satisfied with Homéose.

Regarding your particular case, I explained to you that I could not issue a prepaid return label, as the parcel would be sent from abroad. My French carrier cannot handle a parcel outside of France. However, I offered to cover the shipping costs for your product in order to compensate for the fees. That is why I find your comment and your rating a bit harsh.
