Overall the products are OK not great. Maybe I have not yet got the right product from your site because of very low information on products. Very less information about products on your website. I even find more information on products from some of your agents' websites and social media pages than your main ht26 website and social media pages. You can't tell whether the product is for a dark person or fair person. You end up buying wrong products, and when you buy the right product too it takes about 3 months to visibly see any improvement on your skin. Prices also do not reflect the outcome of the product. They are too expensive. About the gifts too, they give you the opportunity to choose, only for your products to come and the gifts are totally random and different. Why did you ask me to choose then? Wasted so much time researching on each gift product to know exactly what to choose only to get a totally different product. And now you send me an email to review and rate a gift product that I never received? You can do much better.

Delivery and packaging okay. But the products are not effective for me.

I did not receive my gift as expected, ht26 does not keep its promises regarding this. But the creams are of good quality and rejuvenate the skin.

Never received my products and I have not been refunded until now, the customer service is non-existent as I received no response despite my emails.. it doesn't even deserve one star but oh well.

I expected to have more results especially for my spots but it wasn't very effective. It's a shame that it's not well detailed which product is for the face or other....but I liked the customer service and the gifts!

not very flexible for international distributors. it would be better if the company could make all shipping arrangements and charge the customer instead of telling us to determine the pickup and shipping ourselves

My order was not complete, the sponge was missing.

I couldn't even order because I live in the United States, yet the site says it's possible. Every time I tried to validate the order, it didn't go through.

On the amount of my order, shipping should be free, but you made me pay. That's bad for business.

Oils packaged in non-hermetic bottles. They spilled all over the package which was completely sticky!

The white essence and caviar products do not seem to work! After different signals in private messages on Instagram and Facebook remain unanswered. I will never consume this brand again..it's a scam, when you spend more than $600 a month on these illusion cosmetics!

This is the second time I received an order with broken packaging, this time I lost about half of the contents. Not to mention that they didn't send a gift even though the receipt included it, I tried to talk to you and the messages do not respond to me. It's horrible. Although I love your products, I have to assume that I think your service is very bad.

The service was correct but I am not satisfied with the delivery, it was delayed and complicated by Chronopost. In short, I am disappointed with the gifts because a product at this price deserves gifts that correspond to the purchased product, like a good to wear the wig, a cream for the maintenance of the wig, or a glue for the wig. It's not the same as in the photo, I received a wig that is too smooth, I don't even know if I can curl it, no instructions. It looks really good in the photo, it's not the same thing that I received. I don't know if an exchange is possible.

Order received well and on time. However, I think you should lower the amount for free shipping, especially for your loyal customers.

Good delivery time. But the site is not very optimized because it allows customers to choose gifts and in the end, something else is shipped.

I received my items with a slight delay due to Chronopost. We are not informed of the shipment and some bottles of creams or oils are not of good quality. Personally, I had this case. So overall it's okay but we expect more than that from ht26.
