Reliable site, fast and secure delivery

For me, zero stars, the delivery person didn't even ring the intercom; I received a notice in my mailbox while I was present, then went to the post office to wait 30 minutes only to be told that I had to come back the next day, even though it was clearly written on the slip that the package would be available the next day. In short, I will never go through you again; I will go directly to the store and pay shipping fees to ultimately struggle like never before to retrieve my package. NO THANK YOU.

I received my order in a package that smells like a dump. We pay €7.80 for shipping and the order is delivered in a smelly bubble envelope. My order from February 9 No. N°92308 was delivered in an old box but the contents were correct. However, for this order, I received the serum tube open and poorly closed, so the product leaked. Therefore, I will not use it for fear that the contents have been replaced by an aggressive product; I do not want to take the risk of burning my skin.

The product is correct but it's unacceptable for the prices that keep increasing. In September 2016 it cost 33.90, in January 34.90. Yesterday, February 10, 2017, it cost 34.90 and today, February 15, 2017, it costs 39.90€. What are the arguments that justify these increases? The quality has not improved, nor the quantity. I've been using it for 10 years because my skin has gotten too used to it and any other cream gives me pimples, but the increases will make me flee. Even the shipping costs keep increasing. So please, if you don't want to retain customers, don't raise prices for no reason. 10 years ago it cost 29.90 and every year 1 euro more, but now 5 euros all at once, why? Just some color changes on the bottle. Really, I am disappointed.

Catastrophic product I lost all my hair

I had to call 10 times for the delivery address to be changed - my request was never taken into account... disappointing

I had requested a pen instead of wipes, I received the wipes and the pump has no tube so it's impossible to use it

It is a very good store in terms of variety and quality of products. But the prices are a bit high. They do not offer shipping deals outside of France and shipping costs are very expensive, especially for countries within the European Union.

All the ordered products arrived well, but I had to go to the post office which is about 30 km away to pick up my package. Yes, they missed me at home, but please choose the closest post offices possible. I paid online to be delivered to my home anyway. So, I did not want to travel any distance to get my package or at least the shortest distance possible. Thank you.

First, they promised me gloves, I received nothing and the bottle of exfoliating shower gel was open and some spilled, what a shame
