I had difficulties accessing the site for several days and my code derived from accumulated points was expiring. I was disappointed!!! After alerting the staff by email, I received a response after several days. Fortunately, I was able to use my code. It's a shame that the codes are not cumulative, as the discount rates are so low, at least everyone has their own business policy. Otherwise, my products always arrive and shipping costs remain considerable but that does not depend on HT26. Beyond these little details, I enjoy discovering different lotions or creams and curiously, they all suit me well.

Terrible customer service! They do not answer the phone. If you also make the mistake of ordering the wrong product on the ht26 site, the return costs are at the customer's expense. I am very disappointed. It's zero stars that they deserve.

It is very lamentable for a company like HT26 that hides expired products to sell to consumers worse still consumable products when you complain they talk to you about refunds sad and the act posed really I was very disappointed and I personally take charge of discouraging my surroundings about the quality of their products what I experienced with them I do not wish it to my worst enemy if they were here in Canada I would have made a good complaint for scamming customers I have all the evidence with me and I keep it carefully they are not really good people

Average delivery time with correct products. No long waits. Downside: website difficult to navigate. Please attach pictures alongside text when describing products in sets. Give the option to add a specific product found in the set without having to navigate the website all over again. This will encourage extra purchases within a set of products.
