The sought-after products are easy to find on the site, fast delivery but customer service leaves much to be desired. I ordered 5 products but only received 2 out of 5. And even after my complaint, I have received no response to this day. Overall, I made a very very bad deal

Overall good, we find the same products I think as in store. However, I was very surprised to see no return or exchange policy. For my part, I made a mistake, I ordered a shower gel instead of the cream from the same range. I was more than disappointed not to have known this information + no invoice or anything inside the box... Quite surprising.

I just started using the action stain range a week ago and honestly I don't have much to say, disappointed, because I haven't seen any positive or negative results so my body is still intact

I did not receive my carrot oil cream, they made a mistake. I had requested a gift-wrapped package because it was for my mother, that was not done. There was no little note either. This time I was disappointed. I will go to the store now.

Order received on time, except that the mentioned gifts were not added to the package, not even a sample, I had to call customer service, the gentleman who answered me asked me to send a photo of the package by email and details; which I had to do, except that I never received a response from them.

The site design is pretty but the customer service has become very bad. I have repeatedly tried to get my products delivered and all I get is repeated requests to review the service instead of an actual re-delivery. Tracking details were provided but the courier is obviously lying about delivery being successful because none of my neighbours have my order and we regularly receive parcels for each other. I have said this to HT26 in writing and verbally over the telephone. I am not happy at all with this level of service.

The products from the White essence range are of high quality. My skin is clean, I feel good even though it's been less than a month since I started using it. It is not brightening.

Very disappointed with my order, even though the delivery is fast and we get little gifts, I unfortunately was not happy with my purchase (buttons appearing more and more) and no results.

Good site but quite slow

Ht26 made me pay a delivery fee of 25€ while they didn't even have the decency to deliver to my home. They sent me a text saying they would deliver during the day around 9 am and 30 minutes later they sent me another message saying they tried to deliver without success while I was at home. I had to walk a lot to pick up my package. And now DHL is sending me a bill for 25fch, I don't understand anything about all this. Why charge me for delivery when they have already cashed 25€? I like their products but I find that this site scams its customers a bit too much.

The site design is good. But there is no information about expected delivery times except within France and I made my latest order on the 13th of December and after 8 days it has still not arrived - and I do not have any tracking information. I am not pleased at all and if a well-established firm like HT26 cannot effectively manage the Christmas surge of customers it makes me wonder what else they may be failing at doing correctly....

Uninteresting product from the range I chose

I haven't received my order. I had clearly specified in the order in the delivery section that I was passing through Paris and after the deadline the package will arrive behind me.
But you did not respect this deadline, worse, how many emails did I leave to your customer service? Until today without a response except for the spontaneous replies and you dare to ask me for my opinion???

I placed my order on October 28th and to be delivered as quickly as possible I paid the fee of 7 euros, and I only received my order today.

Very slow service yet I paid for fast delivery. Moreover, my package did not arrive at my indicated address. Very disappointed!!!!

I received my order well, it's been a week since I applied the cream all over my body and I'm starting to see changes, my skin is becoming more even, soft, and radiant.

I was expecting my order on October 11. Chronopost reported that I had refused my package. However, they did not come to my house and did not leave me a notice. In the meantime, I contacted Ht26's customer service via the form on their site, no response. My package was dropped off 2 days later at a pickup point in the 10th. However, I live in the 91. Yet I paid the shipping fees. I am disappointed with this service. Apparently, buying directly in-store would pose me fewer problems.

Regarding the navigation of the site, I honestly think it can be improved. The ergonomics and design should be reviewed. They should, I think, highlight the products for sale to enhance them.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences this time. I received the wrong product, I emailed and sent all the proof. I needed the product so badly that I was willing to pay half of the shipping since the customer representative said the shipping fee is expensive. But after some time, I checked my email and saw that a new order for the right product was issued. I was so happy and thought I did not have to pay any fees, later I saw another email asking for me to pay so I emailed the guy again and he didn't respond. It has been now 3 days and he just kept ignoring me and for the new order they did not receive any tracking number. Even though you have good products, this is not a way to treat a customer.
