The order was simple and without any problems. The ordered cable was delivered quickly and corresponded to the description. The ordered cable I had to return because it did not solve the problem with a product purchased elsewhere. Here also the return and refund was made quickly and without problems. Conclusion: only good experience with Immersive Display. Therefore 5 stars for purchase and customer service.
Part is fine, but buyer beware: don't buy from this company if you live in the United States. Their shipping rates are crazy high, they're pretty slow, and if something is wrong, you need to ship back at your own expense. I regret buying anything from here.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by 24 hours despite the guaranteed delivery option (13€) due to Chronopost. It's a shame!

Hello, nothing to complain about helmet received on time. It was well packaged and worked the first time. The only downside is that the manufacturer couldn't have made a smaller on/off button if they had put all their resources into it. Not something to be proud of in this price range. Sincerely
