Fast shipping and perfect service but the item (HTC Vive 3 in 1 Replacement Cable) is not as expected: the three cable to one connection is much larger than it looks in the picture, and unfortunately does not work for my application.

Hello, the HP reverbG2 v2 cable works very well, but I received it without a power supply!!!, and without a power supply it doesn't work in self-powered mode! fortunately I was able to use the one from the old cable, but it could have been specified in the order that the power supply was not integrated!
The product sheet only indicates the replacement cable.
Order received in 5 days correct time, at the level of products the rubber protection to put on the helmet HP G2 is perfect and well washable on the other hand I bought the product anti bué but it does not work for me, namely that I wear glasses and on the glasses the fog is unfortunately always there is a pity I counted much on it.
Part is fine, but buyer beware: don't buy from this company if you live in the United States. Their shipping rates are crazy high, they're pretty slow, and if something is wrong, you need to ship back at your own expense. I regret buying anything from here.

Everything is great as far as the products are concerned. However, I still had to pay about 25€ when receiving the package for an order value of about 65€.

Took 6 weeks To arrive after quoting one. When contacted the company did apologise Rather just blame Brexit for the issue even though I have received various packages from all over the world with little delay. Products are as expected but customer service leaves a little to be desired. Also the postal system used collisimo which currently holds a 1.2/5 on trust pilot although the company swears they are top product. Felt let down at paying £15 for delivery and being completely let down
Well, Brexit is a mess for every carriers, customers and suppliers. Some parcels are stuck at custom because the flow is so important. Sorry for this delay again.

Fast delivery, very good product (cover reverb G2), would have deserved a rounded finish (total) rather than open and pointed, which, personally, stings my nose, hence my 3/5, otherwise it would have been 5/5.
The package arrived on the estimated delivery schedule and everything was ok but the driver did not ask for the pick-up code. everything turned out ok but thats somewhat unsafe
Despite the relatively high price for the purchase of a used HP Reverb g2 headset, Immersive Display did not want me to benefit from the free shipping (colissimo), which it offered for the withdrawal of a package. in a collection point, and yet the difference was only one Euro! Really petty !!!!!

IT IS comfortable, but lets light go into the headset from down direction
Product as described but they did not meet their delivery deadlines. Normally for any order placed before 3:15 pm with the product in stock, the package leaves the same day. It leaves 2 days later. So the package arrived 1 week after the order for a 48/72h delivery.
The processing and shipping were good. Unfortunately, the product does not completely enclose the VR headset. so the light penetrates.
Product hardly adapted
Fast delivery but the product received is not new, the seal had been opened and then roughly closed with tape. I contacted them to ask for an exchange for a new product but I never got an answer.
