I bought on a Friday and sent it on Monday morning. I received it on Tuesday at noon. Very good service on the phone in case of a problem (it happened once for a cable for a VR headset.

The order I placed was sent quickly. Since I ordered the wrong part, I had to return the product. Good service in return policy and refunding no problem.
Despite a problem with the carrier that was not caused by Immersive Display, the customer service was attentive and helped me in the steps to resolve the situation. I couldn't find the hp reverb g2 cable anywhere but they had it!! The delivery was 3 days late but it was coming from France to the u.s so still pretty impressive. Overall I will be shopping here again!
