Fast delivery, but paper poorly packed, very unprotected: loose sheets that should be packed in reams... A third of the 500 sheets were damaged... The box arrived open and waterlogged.
Very mixed experience. Concerning the cards, the parcel arrived damaged on the outside but not on the inside. Good color impression, but they look a bit thin to me after aging. The booklets failed to meet a major quality criterion, despite weeks of exchanges and having specified this in writing and verbally 3 times. Clearly a disappointment to see all the work put into the layout of the map descriptions shifted and not respected. No reaction to the quality defect on receipt.
I am very disappointed! Not because of the quality, but because of the lack of professionalism. My order was damaged and I lost a lot because the packaging wasn't strong enough. I've been waiting for a solution for a month and a half now, and the after-sales service has been silent: I wouldn't recommend it.
Poorly packed, insufficiently protected: a hundred sheets arrived damaged...
In spite of the good will of Mr Gillier and the 2nd attempt, the cut of the laminated layer is not clean and the product is not suitable.
Postcards: very poor printing quality and bland colors, far from the original design. On the other hand, the paper is writable as requested and delivery is fast.
We are sorry that we could not satisfy you even though the printing respected the frame of your .pdf files.
