Assistance by phone and email for the person managing France, I would give 5 stars for the delivery time announced at the purchase, 1 month, received after 2 months and delivery problems, package not tracked, stuck with the carrier, no calls from them, forced to take steps to find my package, I would give 1 star if I could give 0, the commercial gesture for the inconvenience is ridiculous considering I paid for express shipping at 250 euros which took a week.

First time I purchase on this site and the experience has been good even though there were delays in delivery due to the supplier. The customer service was still accurate and timely. Excellent product purchased.

The purchasing experience was excellent in that the pre-sales technical support and delivery time was perfect. I would also add that a part was missing in the package ordered. The company, as soon as informed of the problem, without making any fuss and as quickly as they had shipped the first time, immediately sent the missing piece. This in my opinion makes a real difference and makes Indoor a super recommended company. Last note (Phone contact was immediate, no waiting)

Intact package arrived promptly. The pressure washer on first start did not start even though I followed the instructions in the use and maintenance manual. Customer service made some suggestions about the time to load water by holding the gun open without the lance, so the motor started. Very effective pressure washer with high power.
