The item arrived on the expected day and well packaged, too bad they forgot to add the complimentary accessories, as advertised at the time of purchase.

Tested with a bit of water, it should be okay even though I haven't seen the 9 meters of jet.
Acceptable, packaging intact but an accessory was broken
I received my order about in the promised time and I got advice to the use of the machine timely but they became a malfunction shortly (after couple times of use, under 2 weeks of getting the machine) and again, good service, since they promised to send part that was not working (I got second degree burn marks) BUT it has been already 6 days and they haven't sent it. I need to use the machine daily so this is not acceptable.

The product seems to work correctly, but the delivery via BRT was a nightmare. A week of battling with missed appointments and changes in schedules from one hour to another, and in the end, I had to pick it up at the BRT depot 30 km from home! The scheduled delivery on February 12 or 13 was picked up on the 20th!
However, we are truly sorry for the negative experience you had with the delivery. We fully understand the inconvenience caused by missed appointments and continuous schedule changes, especially considering the distance you had to travel for the pickup.
We have already initiated internal evaluations with our logistics partners, including BRT, to seek more reliable solutions and improve the quality of the delivery service. Situations like yours are unacceptable, and we are committed to doing everything possible to avoid them in the future.

Indors recommends accepting with reservation reporting the reason but the courier refused to let me report that the box was partially damaged : he told me that he would take the package back if I reported that kind of report because in his opinion the damage to the box was only caused by the plastic strips. The package has not been opened yet so I need to check the condition of the contents.
We are sorry for what happened at the time of delivery: the behavior of the courier that prevented you from signing with reservation is not in accordance with proper procedures. It is your full right to report any visible anomalies on the package, and we are sorry to learn that this was denied to you.
In cases like this, it is always preferable to refuse the package, in order to protect yourself from possible damages that are not visible on the outside. We confirm that signing with reservation is only valid if accompanied by a specific reason, and unfortunately, without this indication, it is not possible to open complaint procedures in case of damages.
We invite you, as soon as possible, to check the condition of the contents and to report any problems to us: we are available to assist you.

I received my parcel but inside the box was damaged. I sent photos immediately as the carrier had left. I'm waiting for INDORS to make a gesture so that I can be compensated.

Hi. I didn't recieve the Invoice, only package with steam iron with any document.
Happy with quality of service but lack of communication from company was disappointing. Contacted them on multiple occasions but received no reply. Luckily goods arrived.

I have not had a chance to open the wrapper yet, so I cannot judge the product. Relative to the rest, the package arrived considerably later than the stated time, however I must acknowledge the seller's willingness to possibly cancel the sale due to delay.
