Spectacular product but delivery arrived 3 days later than website forecast...... with explicit request for delivery after 2pm ..... and instead the.package arrived in the morning at 9am

The order started badly I had to send a consistent series of emails to be reassured since from payment I waited 15 days to receive the package at home while they claimed 48 hours from order. Customer contact zero..only after insisting did they go out of their way to get me the package for this I give two stars and not zero stars. On the order they stated the testing of the mower machine before shipment actually the supplier company was another one and I can assure that they did not do any pre-sale testing. The mower was without oil and never started.

Is a good broom, but it is very uncomfortable, the soap dish you have to hold it in your hand while you clean and so it is very uncomfortable. You can't open and close the water except from the fountain to which the hose is attached.... Anyway it does its job but it doesn't deserve all the money spent and the 5 stars
