We responded to the customer, but unfortunately, they did not reply. Only a few weeks later, they contacted us by phone, and we clarified the situation. We provided assistance and repaired the customer's product within 5 working days under warranty. Sometimes a phone call is all it takes if there are no responses; we usually provide updates within 24 hours.

Assistance by phone and email for the person managing France, I would give 5 stars for the delivery time announced at the purchase, 1 month, received after 2 months and delivery problems, package not tracked, stuck with the carrier, no calls from them, forced to take steps to find my package, I would give 1 star if I could give 0, the commercial gesture for the inconvenience is ridiculous considering I paid for express shipping at 250 euros which took a week.

Package probably arrived to the courier on time, but not to our company. It was scheduled for delivery on December 20, but was not delivered. We had an event scheduled for December 21. Even making a last-minute hold at Bartolini's on the evening of Dec. 20, there was nothing to be done. We had to make other arrangements, with no small amount of difficulty. I still picked up the package because I am good, and because we may need it in the future. For this order I could only pick it up on December 27. Surely the product will be highly efficient, but better evaluate couriers, deliveries and shipping dates. Because the event we managed to save it in extremis, otherwise we would have had to cancel it resulting in heavy financial damage

Table received but not yet used. I think the finish is very poor. Very ugly welding, rust spots on the frame and the coat hanger is also bent. I hope I won't be on it when I use it. The packaging was fine.
