For the few times I've used it since it arrived recently, I find it remarkable for practicality, simplicity, immediacy, and precision in everyday cleaning. I tested it on parquet and porcelain stoneware. A deeper hand cleaning every now and then is fine, but I find it a great support in daily life. Good materials and good quality/price ratio

I come from Karker experiences and recognize its excellent design quality as well as solutions for highly effective use even for the operator. Good shipping, however, the telephone assistance service seemed a bit cryptic and compartmentalized. I hope this does not happen again when technical assistance and maintenance support is needed.
