The purchasing experience was excellent in that the pre-sales technical support and delivery time was perfect. I would also add that a part was missing in the package ordered. The company, as soon as informed of the problem, without making any fuss and as quickly as they had shipped the first time, immediately sent the missing piece. Intact package arrived promptly. The pressure washer on first start did not start even though I followed the instructions in the use and maintenance manual. Customer service made some suggestions about the time to load water by holding the gun open without the lance, so the motor started. Very effective pressure washer with high power.
