Assistance by phone and email for the person managing France, I would give 5 stars for the delivery time announced at the purchase, 1 month, received after 2 months and delivery problems, package not tracked, stuck with the carrier, no calls from them, forced to take steps to find my package, I would give 1 star if I could give 0, the commercial gesture for the inconvenience is ridiculous considering I paid for express shipping at 250 euros which took a week.

The purchasing experience was excellent in that the pre-sales technical support and delivery time was perfect. I would also add that a part was missing in the package ordered. The company, as soon as informed of the problem, without making any fuss and as quickly as they had shipped the first time, immediately sent the missing piece.
