Reliable seller, adequate communication and service, expensive shipping. Regarding shipping, this is a delicate heavy machine so I understand the higher fees. Problem is that even though on Italian soil shipping was managed by Fercam, in my country it was managed by an inferior company, Horizon. When the track arrived I saw packages all over the place. My box had been scratched and hit but thankfully it's shape was intact. This is not the seller's fault but package handling is becoming a big problem as many domestic shipping companies do not respect our goods.
