The maximum dimensions are specified on the product sheet.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with 100% of bikes, especially in case of model change.

Electric mountain bikes, in particular, often have specific constraints.

The loss of boots is generally related to insufficient tightening or a slightly too large size. Properly fitted and correctly tightened, our boots hold very well under normal usage conditions.

In abundant, deep, or very heavy snow, no model can guarantee absolute support.

Thank you for your message. It is completely normal for some dogs to have difficulty walking with booties during the first uses. Like any new equipment, it sometimes requires a little time to adapt.

We recommend having your dog wear the booties for short periods, taking him for walks or playing with him. These enjoyable moments will help him focus on the activity and quickly forget about the presence of the booties.

In the vast majority of cases, after a few tries, dogs get used to them very well and the booties become just another accessory.

These boots are consumables whose lifespan depends on the dog's size, activity and terrain. Under certain conditions, they can wear out in a single outing. We advise you to trim your dog's claws to preserve them as much as possible.

Please send us photos of the product. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will proceed with an exchange or refund. In the event of normal wear and tear, we will unfortunately be unable to intervene.

As indicated in the product sheet, "these boots are to be considered as consumables. Their lifespan may vary according to the dog's size, activity and terrain. We recommend that you trim your dog's claws to optimize their life span."

If you compare the resistance of dog boots to that of human shoes, you might feel a little disappointed. The peculiarity of dogs, with their sharp claws that perforate materials, makes this comparison less than fair.
In addition, the morphology and biomechanics of dogs mean that a sole of equivalent strength to that of a human shoe would be far too stiff and thick, creating tendon problems.
