The product is of poor quality and is not reliable. On the XL version, the rod broke in the same place and on both sides. Despite a request to customer service for a few weeks, I have received no response.

Overall satisfied with the purchase and the help received by email. I wonder to what extent it would not be preferable to reference the harnesses using measurements...and maybe add dimension adjustment systems on the harnesses.

Regarding the harness, it fits well to the morphology of my Australian shepherd. The harness tends to slip on my hips. Maybe it's a matter of adjustment. The leash is very practical, small downside: the collar of the harness is not adjustable, a bit tight for my dog. I appreciate the lightness of the material. I hope it will be durable for use. Thank you for your quick delivery.

I am waiting for permission from Islandis to return my harness which is great but too big. I will take the smaller size. I regret that Islandis did not respond to my first email where I provided the measurements and the morphology of my dog. This would have avoided me a return at my expense.

Material received and tested. Usage: running on stabilized paths, trails, and forests with my very energetic Brittany spaniel. Equipment purchased: CrossTrek belt, open-back canicross harness, and crosser leash 2. Need less impact on the lower back. Goal achieved with this belt that sits high on the hips. Freedom of movement for the dog with her new harness, less pressure on the shoulders. Small hiccup during delivery, wrong size of the harness but quickly replaced after messaging customer service. Too bad we can't reach you by phone. Will see in use if the seams hold well but overall very satisfied with the product.

Hello, the harnesses for canicross or mountain biking or sledding are very good. It would just be necessary to find the right size according to the dog on the site, with measurement references. I ordered my harnesses by "wet finger". That's the only downside. But if we have to buy 3 harnesses before finding the right size, it's problematic! For the line for two dogs, I also find it very good, but a bit short. I would have preferred to have 2.00m or 2.50m.

In the end, I paid taxes (?) that were not mentioned during the order. The instructions state "do not undo the knots" but the leash did not have the said knots that should indeed be present on this type of traction leash. So I don't use it because I'm afraid it won't hold up!

Overall satisfied, 6th carabiner purchased, the most used lasted 2 and a half years before the spring gave out. Not necessarily good news for a product priced at €25, but I don't know anything better on the market. Shipping is very fast, the packaging is basic, and the carabiners are just tossed in a cardboard box without any protection.
