I ordered a harness, a leash, and a belt for Canicross. Ultra fast delivery and quality as expected.
The package was damaged, and nothing was done after reporting it with photos showing the damaged package to your after-sales service. It's a shame not to have received a commercial gesture.
We are sorry for the condition of the package upon receipt. Despite the care taken in preparation, it can happen that the packaging is slightly deformed during transport.
As our products are textiles and flexible, this generally does not affect their integrity.
