Overall satisfied, 6th carabiner purchased, the most used lasted 2 and a half years before the spring gave out. Not necessarily good news for a product priced at €25, but I don't know anything better on the market. Shipping is very fast, the packaging is basic, and the carabiners are just tossed in a cardboard box without any protection.
We are delighted that our carabiners meet your satisfaction in use, even intensive, and that you appreciate the speed of our shipping.
Regarding durability, two and a half years of regular use is still on the high end for this type of equipment, but we understand that you expected more at this price point.
As for the packaging, we will look into more effective cushioning options without significantly increasing the ecological and logistical impact.
