I am satisfied with the way the purchase went: quick order and delivery. However, I am disappointed with the product because the velcro that holds the slipper is too short. I had already ordered this type of product a few years ago and there was no such "defect". It is indeed a product that I still use with my dog.

I was happy with the product but the pocket tore after 2 outings even though I didn't put anything in it. As if the stitching was poorly done, a shame for this price.

Response from Inlandsis
Hello,
We are sorry for this problem, which is indeed not normal after only two uses.
According to your description, it seems to be a manufacturing defect in the stitching of the pocket.
Our customer service will contact you to offer you a replacement.
Best regards,
The INLANDSIS team
