The product is of poor quality and is not reliable. On the XL version, the rod broke in the same place and on both sides. Despite a request to customer service for a few weeks, I have received no response.

Good quality material and very responsive customer service. I encountered a small compatibility issue with the mounting bracket of the cani-VTT bar on my frame, but the customer service quickly found a solution and sent me the appropriate part at no cost. Serious and professional, I recommend.
