I'm sorry that the bracelet doesn't suit you :( For the dullness, just use washing-up liquid and a stainless steel scouring ball. Normally, we make this bracelet shine well, but it's possible that this one got through - we're sorry.
For small defects, could you please send us photos? These are handmade jewels, so it's true that sometimes they may not be perfect, or exactly the same as the photo, as each piece is unique.

The jewels are patinated, we clean them to make them shine, but the problem is that it's a bit haphazard, because some of our customers like white and shiny, others more patinated, it's a bit complicated to satisfy all our customers the first time.
You can send us an e-mail at [email protected] asking us to return it for cleaning, and we'll give it back a nice shine with no problem :)

You can also do it yourself with a stainless steel scouring ball and washing-up liquid.
But really, it's no problem for us :)

First of all, I'm sorry you didn't like the model. You can return it free of charge and get your money back. Or you can exchange it for a thicker ring.

On the other hand, this model has not evolved over the years, it has always been like this. The silver is solid and of high quality, and the ring's reasonable thickness keeps it comfortable.
Rigidity is provided by the overall shape of the ring and its central "belt".

The price is directly linked to the weight of the ring, and is indexed to the price of the raw material. The price of silver has tripled in two decades, and is still rising. I understand that when you bought a handmade sterling silver ring on our site in 2016, it's not the same price today... Despite all this, we keep a very reasonable and fair margin.
But buying jewelry from us is still a good investment 😉 the quality is always there and it's jewelry you keep for life.

Our jewelry is made of pure (99%, not 92.5%), natural sterling silver, and has not undergone any treatment such as rhodium plating (protective film-coated metal). If you are unfamiliar with this process, I invite you to find out more. Like uncoated 925 silver, pure, natural silver does not appreciate prolonged exposure to humidity. Oxidation can then occur, accentuated by heat and light. This has nothing to do with the quality of the silver, which in this case is beyond reproach. All silver oxidizes if it is not stored in the right conditions. That's why it's best to avoid the bathroom, for example. Showering is no problem, as long as you keep it on you, or dry it before storing it in a dry place. And preferably away from light. Avoid chlorinated products (e.g. over-chlorinated swimming pools), bleach and sulfur-based products. Finally, some people turn silver black. This is related to the PH of the skin. This may be permanent or temporary, depending on the case. On the other hand, even oxidized silver can always be repaired. You bought two solid silver semainiers on February 28th and your order was dispatched on March 1st. On our side, there was no delivery problem, it was two months ago and you didn't contact us. Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. My partner and I do our utmost to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. We are a very small company (two of us), and we took a few days off for Christmas from midday on the 24th to the morning of the 28th, which caused a delay in sending the tracking numbers.
On the other hand, having ordered on December 25, the time seemed long to you, but in truth the delivery time was only 5 working days, you received your parcel on January 4 and the post office was closed on December 25, 26, 27 and January 1, 2 and 3.
