Following an error in preparing the order I received the wrong item, however within 24 hours I had a reply with the requested product sent and a return slip to send back the product received by mistake. Very responsive customer service and the products received seem to be of excellent quality and correspond in every respect to the photos.

I'm sorry that delivery took longer than expected. Normally it takes 3 working days, and yours took 5 working days (Thursday December 5 to Thursday December 12). The festive period at the beginning of December overloads the post office, and it's true that delivery times are slightly longer. Outside the holiday season, delivery times are faster, although still longer than colissimo 😉.
