I recently bought a batch of sliced Iberian shoulder and it is quite tasty, it also comes with a piece of Duroc loin and some small pieces of ham for cooking. Served quickly and without problems. The price is in line with the product. For my taste, it lacks some aging but well it is.

So far, I have made several purchases and I am very happy, but in the last batch, the knife did not come, I claimed it and I still don't know anything.

To date, I have not received any response regarding the complaint I made about how the sausage package arrived punctured and consequently not fit for consumption, which means I bought something in bad condition and could not consume it. I am really angry with the customer service, which leaves a lot to be desired.

Bad the ham that I ordered, field-fed ham one hundred percent Iberian breed is not what they sent me, it is a Retinto all crossed with Duroc, I will not buy more hams at Jamón y Paletilla.

The support for the ham that comes in the photo is not the same as what I received. It is a misleading photo for customers.
