I have been buying your products for a while and I have always been fine, in the case of this last order of Duroc Gran Reserva shoulder it was too dry, very very dry and hard, difficult to cut, like stone!

Well from a shoulder of 4 to 4 1/2 kilos. What only arrived were 13 packets, not reaching 150 grams each. I get a small amount of ham. That said, it is good, but 2 packages full of pieces, if it comes little and with pieces, it doesn't work, does it leave you???

Unbeatable quality-price but compared to a 100% Iberian it lacks strength in the perfect salt flavor for me perfect a bargain

I think they should not deceive the customer, this is the fourth time I buy from them and next time I will not do it until they guarantee what they advertise, this time they advertised one thing and sent another different.

Good afternoon, I wanted better quality. I don't see that it is a ham with a Red label, I think it is of inferior quality. THANK YOU.

Super fast shipping, high-quality products, as an improvement I would update the website format, discounts of 7% on ham for 6 months for the purchase of a ham over 100€ would be appreciated, and some merchandising detail that surprises us when opening the product box. Highly recommended to buy products on this website.
