All the service very good. Regarding the shoulder well cured but the flavor did not excite me, but that is a matter of taste, I think it lacks a point of salt, although it's better to be short because a salty ham is not liked.

I ordered a shoulder El Pozo 100 x 100 Iberian and there was no stock. We changed it for another 50 x 100 Iberian also from El Pozo and it turned out EXCELLENT, less fat and TENDER as my family likes. Thank you, Mrs. Montse, for being so helpful. Cruz Ruberte.

The delivery took much longer than they said, I contacted you, and still no one answered. The ham is dry and salty. This is the second time I bought from you, I will never do it again. I hope my comment helps to change something.

I paid €20 for half a cheese of 1300 gr., which supposedly should weigh between 1400 and 1600 gr, let's say the average of 1500gr. it comes to €1.3333 for 100gr., so it should have cost me €17.33 instead of €20. Don't you think this is a scam?
