It has been a disappointment. Until now those of us who had ordered, very well, but this last ham, dry, past its time, the fat rancid and it did not have a pleasant taste. This is not a melon, a ham can be guessed when it is past its time. There it is, no one can eat it.

The shoulder was very good. It was as I expected. They sent it in 3 days. Very very fast. It's not a 5 because of the price, which is expensive.

I ordered a boneless shoulder and it came poorly vacuum-packed, this is not the first time it has happened to me in some other order.

Everything is fine except that the ham is not sufficiently cured as it has an excess of bacon and the ham itself is a bit raw.

It is very good, at its curing point, I would have liked it a little less cured, less dry, since there are only two of us and it lasts quite a while, but this one was just right, I recommend it

I bought several Benito selection author hams during the year 2021 and I have to say that this last one disappointed me a lot, I expected to have the same quality as in previous purchases but the truth is that I was disappointed.

The recipient should be better differentiated from the one who pays the bill (name and address). It should not automatically take it from the recipient's address

Shoulder with very good flavor. For its price, it is a ham with a very balanced taste, advisable to buy for a ham that you do not require to be exquisite.
