Very good flavor, but I was left wondering if it was Iberian or Serrano; by flavor, I lean towards the first option, but the fat and marbling made me doubt.

The ham and cheese were fine, but they did not debone the ham, as I requested and paid for. They do not respond by email and they also do not answer the phone, so I consider that money lost. Customer service is TERRIBLE.

Hello, I placed the shoulder with the hoof down and the little I have cut is hard and salty. It is the first time in my life that I have bought a shoulder or ham. I don't know if that is normal or not. Let's see when I cut more if it remains the same. Best regards.

Acceptable order execution time; now the maintenance of the hams and their care, I would have to see; my order of Navidul ham arrived with a worm hole.

The store and the purchasing process were very good. The shoulder was a bit undercooked for our taste. Still, the flavor was very good. I recommend the store.

Good experience regarding the website, ease of ordering, and delivery on time and in good condition. A pity about the disappointment regarding the quality of the product (hard and somewhat salty).
